Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Deployix's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Deployix provides cloud consulting, DevOps engineering, infrastructure automation, and related technology services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay for services as agreed upon

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created by Deployix shall be assigned to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing intellectual property and general knowledge remain with Deployix.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Deployix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
